  1.                   The Sign of the Hare

  3. The word Hare is often translated as Cat, which is 
  4. possibly more accurate from the European viewpoint. The 
  5. Chinese character means small furry animal. In terms of 
  6. character, Hare means sophistication. 
  7.  
  8. Hares love fashion and beauty, and artistic things in 
  9. general. They like to mix with high society, but can 
  10. mix with anyone - except a Dragon. However they can be, 
  11. or appear to be, snobbish. Collecting Art, or little 
  12. ornaments, are typical Hare persuits (so is Wine 
  13. snobbery).

  15. Hares like to plan, and they are very good at it. They 
  16. also like to carry out their plans, but they would 
  17. rather nobody sees them doing it. They prefer it if you 
  18. just see their head pop up in different places without 
  19. ever seeing how they got there, or know where they will 
  20. be next.

  22. Some Hares use this secrecy to hide some very dodgy 
  23. dealing. Since they are so good at keeping their own 
  24. secrets, and equally good at seeing through dishonesty 
  25. in others Hares, make ideal spies. More usually Hares 
  26. just attempt to hide themselves from the nasty things 
  27. in life. This can lead to loneliness.
